This tutorial is for those who have working knowledge

with Paint Shop Pro.

This tutorial used a wicked PTU Kit called: Celtic Celebration

This is my favorite new cursive font,

*Filters: Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow. This a PTU Filter/Plug In and can not be provided

*Supplies: Mask HERE

Right click, save to your hard drive and the hit back on your browser.

Let’s get started! Be sure to save often!

Open up a new 850x850 raster layer.

Don't worry about the size, you can crop and resize later.

Copy and paste your mask provided in the supplies as a new layer.

Now open up Digicats Celtic Celebration Kit.

Open up the Elements Folder, and choose your elements of choice

DCD_CeCe_Rainbow01 from the kit,

copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 90%.

Make sure this layer is above your mask layer.

DCD_CeCe_Tree02: Copy and paste as a new layer.

Resize by 70%. And Use your pick tool to

move to the left above your rainbow.

DCD_CeCe_Brick Wall:  

Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 65%.

DCD_CeCe_Broken Arch: 

Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 85%.

DCD_CeCe_Doodle:

Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize By 50%.

Move this layer under your Arch layer.

And use your pick tool to move to the right.

Duplicate Once, Mirror. And position this one to the left of the arch.

DCD_CeCe_Vine: Copy and paste as a new layer.

Use your pick tool and position on the right of your arch.

Open up DCD_CeCe_Stones:

 Copy and paste as a new layer.

Resize by 30%, and move down to just above your rainbow layer.

DCD_CeCe_Shamrock Bowls:

Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize By 70%.

Mirror...and move to the left of your arch.

DCD_CeCe_Gold Coins:

Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize By 30%.

Use your pick tool and position over the right Shamrock Bowl

Duplicate once, Mirror and move to fill up that same bowl.

Now Copy and paste a tube of your choice.

I used Death By David Saavedra

This comes in three layers. We are going to use two of them.

Use layer 3 of the tubes (one w/o the umbrella)

Copy and paste as a new layer, use your pick tool and position her on your left Shamrock Bowl.

See mine to reference. Add a drop shadow.

Click on the DCD_CeCe_Gold Coins again, and duplicate once more,

and use your pick tool to move under the tube

on the left Shamrock bowl. See mine to reference.

Pick a ribbon of choice, I used DCD_CeCe_Ribbon02.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Resize by 80%. Drag this layer underneath your DCD_CeCe_Shamrock Bowls.

Duplicate once and mirror. Now find your free hand selection tool,

hidden under your magic wand. Use settings point to point, replace, feather 1.

And encircle the extra on the ribbon you want to delete. 

Hit delete on your keyboard, then deselect. See mine to reference.

*Tip: To deselect, top tool bar in Corel, Selections, Select None.

DCD_CeCe_Honeysuckle Clover: Copy and paste as a new layer.

Resize by 30%. And position to the right Shamrock Bowl.

Get rid of any excess by using your freehand tool again.

See mine to reference position.

DCD_CeCe_Sun Moon Mirror: Copy and Paste as a new layer.

Resize By 80%. Now Colorize, with settings: Hue:38 Saturation:114

*Tip: To colorize, Top toolbar in Corel, Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize.

Now use your magic wand tool and select inside of this Mirror.

With magic wand settings: Mode: Replace, Match Mode: Color,

Tolerance: 30, Contiguous checked, Feather: 3 and anti-alias checked.

Promote to a new layer. Then click on the mirror again and hit delete on your keyboard.

Now Deselect. Click on the promoted mirror to make active,

go to your layers toolbar on the right, and change your opacity to 65%.

Now open up your Death By David Saavedra

tube layers again and choose layer 1 (the close up).

Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize By 80%.

Use your pick tool and move under both of your

DCD_CeCe_Sun Moon Mirror. Use your magic wand tool

and select outside of your Sun Moon,

then click on the tube layer to make active.

Hit delete on your keyboard. Then Deselect.

Your tube should be inside of your mirror. See mine to reference.

Now add your name to the tag, I used font Jellyka Western Princess.

Font size 16, Foreground Null (transparant) and Background Black.

Type your name above all your layers, and to the right of the Arch layer.

See mine to reference. Convert your name into a raster layer.

Now add a gradient glow, using Eye Candy 4000

change the basic glow width to 3

and then click on color with these settings:

Add a drop shadow if you prefer.

Now add your copyrights and watermark.

Crop your tag to get rid of any access space. Then resize to your preference.

I resized the entire tag by 85%.

Save as a JPG with the white background or

 hide the main white background layer and save as a PNG (for transparent background)

You are now done!
