This tutorial is for those who have working knowledge

with Paint Shop Pro & Jasc Animation Shop.

(Personal Use Only and Intended only for the purpose of this tutorial.)

*Filters/Plug Ins. I used Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow and

for the animation I used Eye Candy Xenofex 2: Constellation.

Let’s get started.

Open up Corel and Create a new 650x650 Raster Layer. Flood Fill White.

Don’t worry about the size as we will crop and resize as needed later.

Open your kit supplies and have ready to use.

Open up your supplies.

Create a new raster layer.

Drag this layer just above your white background layer.

Copy and paste the mask provided in the supplies. Or create your own.

Copy and paste the Frame 1 from the supplies as a new layer.

Copy and paste Frame 2 from the supplies as a new layer.

Copy and paste elements from the kit of your choice.

I used:

Playtoy_GlitterFrame1, copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 50%.

And make sure this is above your other two frames from your kit.

Playtoy_PinnedHeart2, copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 30%.

Use your pick tool and position to the right of the frame. See mine to reference.

Now copy and paste one of the word arts provided in the kit. I used: Playtoy_WordArt1

Move to the bottom of your frames layers. See mine to reference.

Now copy and paste your tube of choice. I created two different versions one with a Garv Tube and an Elias tube.

(Do not mix artists on the same tag though).

But my favorite is the Elias tube called: Sexy Rabbit Girl.

It actually comes with an adorable bunny rabbit as well but on a separate layer so you can just used the girl! ;)

Use your pick tool and move to the bottom of the frame sitting on your word art you just placed.

See mine to reference. Keep this tube at the top of all your layers.

Add additional items from the kit.

Playtoy_Feathers2, resize by 65%.

Copy and paste as a new layer. Drag this layer up on the middle of the frame. See mine to reference.

Playtoy_BallnChain2, Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 50%

Mirror. Use your pick tool and position up to the right of your frame.

Playtoy_Lips1, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 10%.

move on top of your black ball on your BallnChain tube you just placed.

Now you want to soften this look. This is super easy. Go the right and see your layers.

You’ll see a little setting that says normal with a little arrow next to it for options.

Click on the arrow, scroll down and find a “soft light” setting and apply.

Now add your name. I used Vivaldi, Font Size 18, Stroke Width 1,

Foreground color: null (Transparent) and Background color code: #c05576.

I then converted to a raster layer and added a Gradient Glow.

*To do this, I used Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow. You will need to change two settings in this filter.

Basic glow width changed to 3. Leaving the rest of the settings at default.

Click on Color tab now, Click on Fat Settings. Apply.

Add any additional drop shadows you prefer to any of the elements and name.

Now add your copyright and watermark.

Crop your tag to rid of any excess white. Resize to your preference.

Save your tag one last time as default (psp document) for editing or tag offers later.

For a transparent background, hide the white main layer, and save as a PNG.

Move to the next step if you would like to try adding the animation.

~ANIMATION~

Open up Jasc Animation Shop and have ready.

Go back to Corel PSP.

Make sure your white main background is Unhidden.

Find your Frame 2 (Black Playtoy Frame)

and duplicate 3 times for a total of 4 frames. Hide the original.

Label the duplicates 1, 2 and 3.  Click on 1 to make active.

And apply these settings:

Click on 2 to make active and hit random seed once and apply.

Click on 3 to make active and hit random seed once more and apply.

Now hide 2 & 3 leaving 1 viewable. Right click, copy merged and paste into Jasc.

Go back to Corel PSP, and hide 1, unhide 2.

Right click, copy merged. Paste into Jasc after the current animation.

Back to Corel PSP, hide 2 and unhide 3. Right click and copy merged.

Click on Jasc and make sure your little arrow at the bottom is moved all the way to the last layer,

and then paste after the current animation.

Top toolbar, view preview to see if you like it, and hit Save!
