~Spring Is Sure To Follow~ This tutorial is for those who have working knowledge with Paint Shop Pro. This tutorial used a gorgeous PTU Kit called: Spring Fever by Chichi Designz You can purchase this PTU Kit at Stargazer Scraps: HERE Please visit her blog to see more of fabulous creations here: Chichi Designz *Tube: Winter by Anna Marine. Also available in the Anna Marine Package 11 This is a paid to use Tube and must be purchased with a license. You can purchase Anna's work at (CDO) Creative Design Outlet: HERE *Font: WaterBrushROB. This is a PTU Font and can not be provided. *Supplies: Mask HERE Right click, save to your hard drive and the hit back on your browser. This mask was created Chi Chi's Paper from her kit: Paper3_CD_SpringFever. If you would like to create your own, you can find this mask BflyFlbyMask4: HERE This is by the talented ButterflyFlutterby Creations please leave some love behind when snagging her work! *Filters/Plug In's: Eye Candy 4000: Glass Effect Let’s get started! Be sure to save often! Open up a new 850x850 raster layer. Don't worry about the size, you can crop and resize later. Copy and paste your mask provided in the supplies as a new layer or create your own on a new raster layer. Now open up Chi Chi's Spring Fever Kit. Open up the Elements Folder, and choose your elements of choice Window_CD_SpringFever from the kit, copy and paste as a new layer. Make sure this layer is above your mask layer. FantasyBeads_CD_SpringFever: Copy and paste as a new layer. Make sure this layer is above your frame layer. Resize by 65% Bird_CD_SpringFever: Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize By 25%. Use your pick tool and position at the top right of the window frame. See mine to reference. Branch1_CD_SpringFever: Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize By 60%. Free Rotate Right by 90 Degrees. Use your pick tool and position at the top left of your frame. Duplicate once, Mirror. Use your pick tool again to move to the right of the frame. Duplicate once more, flip. Use your pick tool to position at the bottom. See mine to reference. Now Copy and paste a tube of your choice. I used Winter by Anna Marine. Copy and paste as new layer. Use your pick tool and position to the right of the frame, see mine to reference. Now go ahead and add a few more elements! I added: Lanterne_CD_SpringFever Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 50%. Position to the left bottom of your frame. Wordart_CD_SpringFever: Copy and paste as a new layer. Make sure this layer is above your tube layer. Now move down to the bottom of your frame. See mine to reference. Sparkle_CD_SpringFever: Copy and paste as a new layer. Make sure this layer is at the very top of all your layers. Now go down to your frame layer. Click on it to make it active. Copy and paste these next few elements BELOW your frame layer. FlowerDoodle_CD_SpringFever Cloud_CD_SpringFever: Make sure this above your flower doodle. Rainbow_CD_SpringFever: Resize By 75%. Make sure your rainbow layer is above your Cloud layer but beneath your frame layer. Now add your name to the tag, I used font WaterBrushROB. Font size 18, Foreground Null (transparent) and Background Color a paper of choice from the kit. I used the same paper I used for the mask: Paper3_CD_SpringFever Then I converted it into a raster layer, and added Eye Candy 4000: Glass with these settings below:
Now add your copyrights and watermark. Crop your tag to get rid of any access space. Then resize to your preference. I resized the entire tag by 85%. Save as a JPG with the white background or hide the main white background layer and save as a PNG (for transparent background) You are now done! Thank you for trying my tutorial!
