Let’s get started! Remember to Save Often.

Open a new 850x850 Transparent Raster Layer.  Flood Fill White.

(Don’t worry about the size you can crop and resize as needed later).

Save this as your tag name and hit save often.

Open up Jill’s Sunshine and Lollipops kit and have ready.

Copy and paste the mask: SL_mask_cbj from the kit as a new layer.

Now open elements of choice from the kits. I used…

SL_frame2_cbj: Copy and paste as a new layer. Add a drop shadow.

SL_lollipopborder_cbj. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Drag this layer under your frame layer.

Resize by 85%. Add a drop shadow.

SL_cloud1_cbj:

Copy and paste as a new layer.Resize by 65%.

Use your pick tool and drag up the top left of your frame.

See mine to reference.

SL_flowerscatter_cbj.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Drag this layer up over your cloud. Add a drop shadow.

SL_tree_cbj:

Copy and Paste as a new layer.

Move the right of your tag, under your frame layer.

See mine to reference.

SL_fence_cbj:

Copy and Paste as a new layer.  Move down over your lollipops.

Use your pick tool and drag in the fence on both sides

so it’s hidden under your frame layer.

SL_grass_cbj: Copy and paste as a new layer.

Use your pick tool and move to the bottom of your frame layer.

See mine to reference placement.

SL_bucket_cbj: Paste as a new layer, resize by 35%.

Move above your frame layer. To the left of your tag. See mine to refernce.

SL_tag_cbj: Copy and paste as a new layer. (I love this element!)

Move above your frame layer and position to the top left. Add a drop shadow.

SL_lights_cbj. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize By 85%.

Move this layer over the middle of frame layer. See mine to reference.

Copy and paste a tube of your choice. I used Elias Chatzoudis: Joy Of Music

Make sure this layer is at the top of all your layers.

Use your pick tool and move the right of the frame.

See mine to reference. Add a drop shadow.

Now copy and paste the last element from the kit the adorable word art: SL_wordart_cbj

Add a Gradient Glow using Eye Candy 4000. With these settings:

Basic: Change the Glow width to the lowest of: 3

Leave the rest of settings under Basic as default.

Click on the Color Tab. Click on the Fat Setting. Hit Ok to apply.

Now add your name to the tag, I used font AnnabelleJF,

Size 12-Stroke Width 1-Foreground Color: Black and Background Color: Black.

Convert to a Raster. Move your name over your Sunshine on the word art.

Now Add a Gradient Glow with the same settings you used for the word art.

Add any additional drop shadows or elements you prefer to the tag.

Now crop your tag to get rid of any excess space you didn’t use

and resize to your preference. I resize mine to about 65% (550x550 tag).

Now add your copyrights and watermark.

Save as a JPG with the white background or

hide the main white layer and save as a PNG (for transparent background)

You are now done!
